We are a small company that specializes in the manufacturing of handmade African candles.
Therefore we do not mass produce but rather focus on the detail that allows for high-end quality products. The wax as well as wicks that are used in our candle range, abide by international standards.
On completion of the order a final QC inspection is preformed before candles are bubble wrapped and placed in boxes for dispatch. The package is then delivered at the post office or courier where a tracking number or waybill is allocated.
In making use of a shipping agent, the package is checked and referenced with the invoice document before send off. The client is then informed that the shipment is ready and that the outstanding balance is required. On receiving proof of payment, the go-ahead is given to the shipping agent for release.
